Bad service by Discovery Insure

Tried changing my insurance policy, but my call was just dropped by the agent when I mentioned there is quite a lot of background noise and cannot hear properly. Did not even bother phoning me back. I don't think this was accidental. Then sent them an e-mail to please phone me back on 29 October and still waiting. This is just poor service and I get the impression they don't really care...."why care, we have enough clients, you are just a Mickey Mouse kind of attitude"
