Bad service, bad communication

Discovery Insure did not contact me once... (sorry, they contacted me once to find out where my car is, I told them they collected it 4 days ago). It's been almost a month since I reported the accident from the app and my car is still "at the workshop". How long does it take to replace a rim and fix the alignment? All I get is vague system generated sms's which leaves me confused about the status of my claim and I have to phone them again to find out what's happening.
