BAD SERVICE

I have been insured with Discovery for so many years and every month they never forget to take the premiums nor every year do the forget to put premiums up. I have been dealing with a broker for over 5yrs whom consults for discovery and never once has he said as part of the policy nor is it written in the policy that watches or necklaces have to be stipulated as out and about. Now that my daughter and I find ourselves as part of SA's statistics, My watch necklace and daughters phone where ****** from us. So not only are you traumatized by the incident but by your insurance for number one them now *****ing your money monthly/yearly for what as they don't pay out for your goods taken which you have already paid them to insure. So now lesson learnt people specify everything including shoes socks underwear or DISCOVERY wont pay unless its nailed to your house
