Bad Service and unprofessional

Bad Service. Discovery took my car to a bad panel beater since I dropped my car on the 11th of August the repair was meant to be for 8days till today Im left without a vehicle went to Elda Panel beaters there’s nothing done to my car specialist department aren’t even putting any effort to get my issue sorted I’ve sent pictures of the car and reviews of how bad the Elda panel beaters is rated but they are not assisting. I’m even thinking of withdrawing my policy with them they’re unprofessional
