Bad service and unfulfilled promises

I have received an email on the 11/12/2017 notifying me that my plan will be changed from the 31st of December 2017 due to the previous insurer not confirming the 5-10 yrs experience. And according to the conversation I had with the sales person was that I informed them that the car I have is my 1st car and was only insured with the previous insurer since 2015 august. And I told the sales person I am engaged and leaving with my partner, he is the one with more experience than me. So after receiving the email I then called discovery the same day and spoke to Monique who promised me a call back after 3 days as she was going to do a call retrieval for the sales call. I waiting and the was no call, on the 22nd December I called discovery again and Spoke to K****tso who again promised me the same thing and said she is involving the manager, still no call until the 2nd January 2018. Then I called discovery again Today the 2nd/01/2018 and spoke to Glorry, she still promising the same thing and now she even has the guts to say my policy has changed and my debit order will be affected. I’m fed up of this run around and unprofessional behavior. The 1st time I took this policy they did the same thing of changing my bank name incorrectly and cancelled my policy saying I have an unpaid d/o whereas their consultant went to my policy and changed my details to hers. I stayed with them thinking their better but this is unacceptable. As for changing my policy without asking me if I still wanna be with them and even increasing my installment is uncalled for. I want all my installment back from discovery from the 1st month with them because they are not doing me any justice.

I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN KEEP THEIR INSURANCE.
