Bad service and the staff is ***********.

I have experienced a bad service on a highest level, discovery insure messed me around regarding fixing my car. My car is been with a panel beating company for 5 months. I heat a pothole in December 2021 and since then my car is not been fixed. I have been sending emails after emails to discovery and no one is been responding I'm paying my premiums every month without failing. I'm very angry because I trusted this company hence I put all my eggs with discovery. My life cover is with them, my cars are insured with them, house contents, retirement. I'm really dissapointed.
