bad service all together for discovery insure claims

I only rate good service for a few people i like who work at discovery, this is a horrible company with terrible service. Especially the claims department total trash service. I'm beyond appalled at this company and would never recommend clients to join discovery never never take out warranty with this business or join it for any product
