Bad service
Discovery insurance, your service is appalling. How can I owe you over 10000 when I have been querying my debit order? Each time I called your staff would tell me I have a credit and they will query with the finance team, no one came back to give me feedback, each time I call I was told the same thing. How is it my problem? I even called to give my new banking details and still no debit
Can someone call me. As I am not happy about this. This is your mess up.
