bad service

I called in yesterday needed help with jam starting my car, when I called in I was told I do not have insurance with discovery if they come assist me I will have to pay, I was shocked how as I knew very well money went off last month and I had called earlier in the week to confirm if all was good. the fact that I had to leave my car at the parking lot and take taxis home when I have insuarance did not sit well to me I called the twice not understanding how is it possible that I don't have insuarance with them.
