Bad service

on the 15/04/2024 I send a petrol slip that the garage did not send thru to discovery. I receive an email from Sinethemba Mthinto that said Please be advised that the fuel transaction has been loaded onto your profile. The cash back will be calculated and paid out in the next cash back run.

On 07/05/2024 I checked my profile, and I don't see the petrol slip reflecting anywhere.

So, I send the same email with slip again to discovery

Now I get an email from Makubu Malaka that says Kindly be advised that we are unable to see the information on the attached receipt.

So, either Sinethemba Mthinto is lying about him uploaded it to my profile or Makubu Malaka can't see and need glasses.

For me the petrol slip is important because only in my area already three BP stations closed down, so I have to drive about 5km to fill by a BP. Because the nearest Shell is 10KM from me.
