bad service

Do not insure with Discovery, i have been a loyal customer for many years, ive got my medical aid with them, life policys, and more than one car insured with them, i had a terrible accident with my ford ranger and was taken to hospital in an ambulance.x rays was taken aswell as scans after the medical approval i sighned myself out as to save my medical aid.After a month of investigating even contacting business poeple that work next to my factory thats got nothing to do with my claim.its the badest service ive ever got from any institution, from the start discovery did everything in their power to find ways to deny my claim. Eventually they did on the grounds that i refused to take blood i was in a terrible accident they didnt ask to put a drip in my arm nor did anyone explain to me if they dont draw blood the claim would be deneid. Ive written a letter that supports my reasons ive mailed it 3 times already with not one response not even an indication that they received it. Worst service ever but very fast to take my premiums every months for years allready. So my personal opinion stay away from discovery insure as they will find a way not to pay u out
