Bad service

I've been struggeling for a month to get my claim moved to a different service provider. The claim has initially been authorised for pretoria, but the service center could not get the parts in time, in moved to the western cape in the meantime. I've contacted Discovery insure during the first week of Feb to change the service provider. Last week I contacted Discovery again regarding the process and they informed me that the claim has not been moved yet as it has been authorised for Pretoria, I had to explain AGAIN that I've moved. Claim status currently: A service provider has not yet been appointed ***. I have two claims logged, I managed to get the one transferred to a service centre in Cape Town, but it also took 3 weeks.
