Bad service
I have home contents with discovery. My dishwasher stopped making the water warm. They send somebody out to check. The person did not even open the dishwasher. he checked if it switched on and left. Today I receive a call from Discovery that they are not going to repair the heating element because it falls under wear and tear. So, if nobody opened the dishwasher how can you decide it is wear and tear. so, it a geyser element also go it is also going to fall under wear and tear.
Discovery is just another company taking each month money but can't deliver.

27 Jul 2023, 13:53The assessors can't just think that the heating element has gone to open circuit. how does he know it if he did not open or test the circuit. He did not even had tools with him. I think you must up your game and don't get any person from the street to be assessors.
