Bad Service

yesterday I called Matshepo, regarding a car rental booking for my lease vehicle and I spoke to about 5 fellow agents and requested that she calls me back. She had not returned my call nor even bothered to respond to emails I have sent her.<br> <br> when I took out the insurance the agent advised me I will get a hyndai i10 and did not specify the class group the model belonged, I have subsequently been given a KIA picante and I am struggling to use the vehicle and the rental asked me to take it up with my insurance. I had since been trying to get hold of my service agent the whole day yesterday and she has not returned my calls since. I am not happy with the service I've been afforded by the discovery agent Matsepo, and I am driving a car that could possible put my life in danger and she doesn't even have the curtsey to call me and address me after 5 messages requesting she calls me back for R2013 worth of a premium I am paying every month, I am sure as hell not getting any value for my money and I am going to take my business somewhere else.<br> <br> This lady has not been helpful through put this process and I am tired of following her around, she is my claim administrator not actin lyk1<br> <br>
