BAD SERVICE!

BAD SERVICE! I have been trying to get Discovery Maintenance team to assist me with my cover. The consultant (Thibi Chueu) keeps calling at the times when I am also busy. It is now about full week of missing each other. When I respond in emails, he just says, "I tried to call you back''. I asked him to make a telephone appointment, it will take him another 3 days just to respond to that request. I have had no option but to cancel the cover. This is to show that Discovery does not value its customers.
