BAD SERVICE

Phoned several times today. Phoned ***several times. Phone dies when they picked up. Spent 30 minutes holding on. Got through to a male person. Gave my policy number. Asked him to call me back as my airtime is most probably going to run out. Which it did. He Did not call back. Service sucks?????
