BAD SERVICE

I submitted a claim as a 3rd party mid May and to this day I have not been paid. The service and communication from them is appalling to say the least. The process took forever and there was no communication from their side, unless I probed.

I received an email on the 6'th August, that my claim has been submitted and should wait 72 hours for payment to reflect. To this day, 22 August I have not received anything and no one has bothered to inform me as to what the delay is. I have to be the one probing..
