bad service

I am highly disappointed at the service I received from discovery insurance my claim number is ********** Lesego Sekoele is suppose to be handling this query he or she has never even updated me in terms of where they are with the claim I have been waiting for almost a month for discovery they don't bother I had to call them and push them just just to come and assess the car the last time I called them I spoke to a lady who said they were busy looking at the report till today they are still looking at the report discovery service is very bad and to think I have a medical aid with them I,m really considering to cancel it after the service I have received I would not recommend discovery to anyone.
