Bad service

on the 13/06/2018 I e-mailed Discovery insure that i need my policy cancelled I received a respond ref: ********** 309 stating that i will receive a call from a consultant and i'm still waiting for it. This morning 25/06/2018 i called Discovery Insure and spoken to Kushaal only to be told someone will call me within 10 min and its 30 min now.

They only fast when they want new clients after that they don't give a damn.

As per your email the money should have been in my account on the 13th but nothing. You just full of empty promises when you must pay back the money
