Bad service

I signed up with their broker sometime early last year and they never delivered my contract. On the 2nd of February this year I had an accident in Roodepoort and was hit behind by the taxi. The broker came and insisted that I drive to the neatest police station to report the accident but because i was injured I couldn't make it, ambulance was called. I took pictures of my car and the broker drove my car to the storage. While i was in hospital they called me and teold me the car is written off and it has to be auctioned. So i told then to wait because I didn't understand why it's written off as it was drivable and the airbags didn't come out. The engine and the whole front part was still on good condition. Now they sent pictures of my from their assessor and to find that my car has been stripped without my concern and written off. Who gave thrm permission and why was it stripped without my knowledge. I'm not happy with their service and i want to cancel my insurance for my 2nd car
