Bad service

My car was involved in an accident , my daughter was driver the car . Discovery insure took almost 1h30 minutes to authorise a tow truck and to send authorization number . They booked a rental car with avis for only 3days even if I called the person who is handling my claims. I spoke to Itumeleng and the other gentlemen. Discovery told her that they will send an ambulance as she is highly expectant even today we are still waiting for the ambulance.

Its nice when they debit the accounts but to give a service it is really a bad and pathetic service
