Bad service!!

I had a car accident, they were quick to respond that my vehicle had been written off.I refused to sign and demanded to see the report from the assessor.They said they wright of a vehicle when the damage is more than 70% of the value.My vehicle was R1200 over the cut of amount.I asked for a second quote.They refused.Stating that I could get a second quote and they will pay that amount if it is less than 70% into my account and then I have to fix my vehicle, but they don't take any liability from there on. When I looked at the report of Discovery's assessor, there were parts on the quote that wasn't even on my vehicle, they claimed a windscreen that was not part of the accident claim and shields on my headlights, that was not specified.If all of that was taken of the claim, it was under the 70%.With lots of emails and phone calls -most of them not answered or I only received feedback when I was holding the line,or after 3-5days -I managed to get them to agree to fix my vehicle.That took 3 weeks.My car hire expired the following week,I asked them to extend it, because the delay of the claim was on their side.They refused.<br> <br> Not happy at all.Would not recommend Discovery to anyone
