Bad service
My parents put in a claim for the microwave claim was approved more than a week ago. Still hasn’t been replaced claims handler pathetic!!!! He doesn’t rely to emails! Such bad service

06 Aug 2022, 11:31Guess what the voucher still hasn’t been forth coming it’s been 2 day! My parents who are both over 60 have been without a microwave now for more than a week and you still have time to extend the period. Shame on you
