BAD SERVICE!!!

To all possible people requiring new vehicle insurance<br> <br> Rather pass on utilising Discovery Insure as their service is laughable to say the least...<br> <br> I was the unfortunate 3rd party whom were in an accident and the guilty party is insured with set company.<br> On their instruction I had to make contact with Brice Mavuso from Discovery Insure via email and supply them with my claim no (supp**** to me by the guilty party) and personal details and they will take care of everything... On various attempts I tried contacting him... If his phone wasn't otherwise occupied he didn't even have the common courtesy to correspond to my email I sent with all the details as requested by their client.<br> Now after various emails I still am not one step closer to getting my vehicle either assessed by them and standing on almost 2 weeks since the accident occurred.<br> Why do you appoint inadequate personnel?<br> Would be nice if someone could step to the plate to assist...<br> <br>
