Bad service

On the 20th of April I requested for my vehicle policy to be amended an and the gentlemen who was assisting me assured me that everything is in order and also sent me a policy schedule confirming everything, but when i received my bank statement I noticed that something is wrong as the normal debit order that normally goes through for discovery insure was not the same, I called yesterday to enquire and to my surprise I found that my car is not insured but there is contents cover which I had requested to be removed. The lady who assisted me promised that she will rectify the policy and that she will instate my vehicle and that she will also send the policy schedule, I did not receive the policy and decided to call again today
