Bad service

Worse experience ever. Break in at my house. I send them all the photos and claim. It is a week and still didnt hear anything from them. Broken burglar bars and damage windows and alarm because of the break in. The windows cost to replace me by Glassfit R895. Discovery wants to send someone 80km from my house and the claim is more than R3000. And I must pay excess fee of R1750. So it will cost me half of the price if I do it again. There communication is zero. No feedback or info.
