Bad Play on Words!

Had a check on my monthly vitality drive points and it would seem I am short by 50 points per month.

On your website it says (and I quote):

You can earn up to 100 vitality drive points a month by not claiming: earn 50 vitality drive points for 2 claim free years; earn 100 vitality drive points for 3 claim free years.

But nowhere does it say that these claim free years have to be with Discovery. But according to your call center agent it does. But cannot provide proof as to where it is stated in the plan guides or policy documents.

I believe I should be awarded the 50 points on the basis that I have been claim free for more than 2 years.

Or provided with written (documented) proof where it stipulates it has to be while insured with Discovery.
