Bad panel beater allocation and no support after 30 days

I had an incident with my car in November 2017. Followed the procedure with police numbers, details etc. I reported this to discovery insure my provider sent through all the required information.

Went to a Discovery approved assessment center to have the car checked. I was told a panel beater by the name of HJ Bosch and Sons in Centurion was allocated to take my car in 18 December 2017. I collected the insurance arranged rental car and was informed it was usable for 30 days, hence return 18 January 2018. I was informed by the panel beater the car will be done early January 2018. They stated it was not a large job to do. I called and followed up a number of times asking for the status of my car and reminding HJ Bosch and Sons in Centurion I only have a rental car for 30 days. They kept on promising sms's on my car's status, these were never received. I called again and again to confirm the car's completion for 18 January and was told it would be. On 16 January 2018 i emailed the claims consultant named Yumela at discovery that the car rental would need extension as the car would not be done, she rep**** sorry we cannot provide the extension but she would call and put pressure on the panel beater HJ Bosch and Sons and get back to be asap. It is 23 January a week later and I am still waiting for her asap reply!!! 18 January I returned the rental car and was told by the panel beater HJ Bosch and Sons in Centurion that the car will only be ready 22 January, 22 January called again and the car has been pushed out again to 24 January 2018. In the process I have had to make use of UBER at a average daily cost of R400 per day just to get to work and back. I work in sales, this has also had an impact on my income stream. Up to date the cost has amounted to R1200. By the time I get my car back that figure would have increased.

I feel I have informed Discovery insure of this horrible panel beater, I have called and called HJ Bosch and Sons the worst panel beater to give me details of my car.

I am at the point where I am going to take this matter further with the Ombud for Short Term Insurance as well as the Ombud for Panelbeaters.

I have all correspondence with discovery on email, all legitimate UBER receipts with times and locations as well as phone records showing times and days I called the panel beater.

Should a person not be returned to the correct position based on a actual panel beater not like the appointed by discovery as well as having a claims consultant actually doing her job?
