Bad Insurance Choice
My experience with Discovery is horrible. I've never earned more than 10% of my premium. I was misinformed and told I will save money but I've never ever earned more than R180. I will never advise anyone to go for Discovery if they planning to cut costs.
Now I'm told i will forfeit whatever I earned last month. Because I cancelled even though I was insured for a full month last month.
I regret doing business with them

We looked into your concerns.
The following was noted;
Your qualifying percentage reflected a lower scoring due to the driving behavior on record. We note that, for you to enjoy better fuel rewards at the least, your qualifying percentage scoring needs to be on average of 450 QD points.
Vitality drive's default points start at 400 DQ given for the first three months from inception of any policy, accumulated per month as your data is building up your profile.
Reaching a better fuel reward is achievable as seen in your scoring for May of 2018 and were thus rewarded R175 with a scoring of 561 DQ points. At the time your online driver assessments had not been completed.
Further to the above, if the client adds contents cover, the qualifier is pushed to 50%. provided that a series of activities have been completed in order to make up the percentage and the chosen plan type.
