Bad insurance

I took my car for hail damage in December and January I complained to Discovery insurance. And I was told to take it back in February and I did that aircon, door handles were broken. Last week I went to fetch the car and my air con is not fixed. Benz panel beaters owner said he will fix those things. It looks like my insurance is failing me because the problem I complained about was not fixed. I want to make people aware of Discovery insure and Benz panelbeaters is not trustworthy or maybe they treat black South African differently
