Bad first impression not for me

Just joined Discovery Insure and already left stranded on the road side. Have the last week left under Outsurance before fully moving over to Discovery Insure after first premium. But being left stranded with a breakdown today have me second thoughts. I don't think Discovery was a good idea, I will contact them tomorrow as I cannot shake the feeling of insecurity they instilled in me today

Do they even wonder what happened? did I get help? After they refused to give roadside assistance, could they at least follow up to hear if I got help since they refused to help. If this happened with a SIMPLE roadside assistance request, then I do not want to know what happens with an actual claim!!!!
