BAD experience from Discovery!!!!!!
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF DISCOVERY!!!
Discovery has phoned me NUMEROUS times, and I am absolutely sick and tired of it. On the last call, I made it VERY clear that I wanted to be left alone and told them that if the calls continued, I would take this to HelloPeter.
Well, here we are.
What makes this even worse is that this is NOT my first bad experience with Discovery. I previously had an awful experience when trying to get a credit card through them, and after I posted a negative review about that experience, I was actually asked whether I could remove the review.
NOT THIS TIME.
I am tired of the constant calls. I am tired of having to repeat myself. I am tired of dealing with a company that has already given me a terrible experience and STILL continues to contact me when I have made it clear that I want to be left alone.
How many times must a customer say NO before Discovery actually listens?!
This has gone beyond irritating. It is intrusive, frustrating and completely unacceptable. I should not have to threaten to post on HelloPeter just to get a company to respect a simple request to STOP CALLING ME.
Discovery, LEAVE ME ALONE.
I will NOT be removing this review, I will NOT be changing my mind, and I do NOT want another phone call.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
