Bad experience!!
The worst experience in my hour of need!! I as involved in a car accident on the 28th July…upto today I have been told they are waiting for the assessor in order to process my claim!! The courtesy car has to go back this Saturday, I call to extend the term of use I was put on hold for 22minutes by a very rude call consultant!! This is the worst experience ever!!!

The only time you communicate with a client is after a complaint has been made even then your communication leaves more questions than answers. You gave me the wrong email address, no contact numbers, whatever communication I did was in vain. Maybe you need to walk a mile in a client’s shoes then maybe you will a little more helpful but shame you suck at this!!!
