Bad experiance with brokers turned great when dealing directly

<p>I cancelled a policy taken on by a 3rd party broker after poor service and false information from them. Sharmanie from Discovery was excelent in helping cancell the policy from inception, and explained that they have had a few complaints about 3rd party brokers overproising and underdelivering. </p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery did offer the lower premiums, and I may look at them at a later stage, but I've had good experiences with my current insurer as things stand. If one is looking at Discovery Insure, I suggest you contact them directly.....cut out the middle man.</p>
