Bad discovery insurance service

My car had an accident on the 19th of April, was handed over to one Desmond shangwe. We finally got it booked for repair only recently which is longer than usual and I had to remind them about it. Now to even get to activate the car rental is also as difficult. I would score this service very bad. This isn't the discovery I know, it and it's not getting better. I am so tempted to end all my insurance with them.
