Bad customer service & false repair.

My vehicle claim was for fixing the park assist sensor, however the repair centre centre wanted to replace the headlight which I was against but the repair centre said they doing as per instruction of the claim assessor. The repair centre replaced my original head light with a second light that started malfunctioning with a year after the replacement. I contacted the insurer and 2 years later the problem is not resolved and the head light is no longer working.
