Bad customer service

I have trying to resolve a fuel cashback query for more than a month now without any success. the enquiry related to the linkage of the petrol card to the profile to generate the cash back and all I get is promises. No one is taking responsibility and every time you call you speak to a different agent who make promises like the last one, very sad
