Bad customer service

Since the 13th of April I've been promised that my prize of fuel voucher will be delivered, but hasn't to date. After numerous times reaching out to them via mail and social, no one has been able to assist me. It's bad to treat customers and give them silly excuses when you won't fulfill your promise.
