Bad company

2ND thing they gave me wrong claim number, ur consultants said i was reversing my car from the garage i told her that that's not my incident claim, i said no i was on the busy road not in the yard, after few days they found out that i was right that wasnt my car,there were mixing all incident forms probably ,
im working in transport department, I know how insurance works,they took advantage that im black and i wont do anything about this because i don't have insurance or i can't afford lawyers,they told to go for vehicle inspection i went there,why would i waste my petrol and time while i know it was my fault,they trying to defend their client(Sanvik), even that Sandvik admitted that he was wrong he was rushing for breakdown in secunda and he was late drunk ,he didnt even have a drivers licence,he was using expired licence,he had to go to Traffic department to renew his licence and he was smelling alcohol.i wasted my day i didnt go to work,
