Bad communication from Discovery Insure

My car has been written off in October 2020. I have been in contact with Discovery Insure before and after they confirmed it. There was a delay on my side with the duplicate natis certificate that had to be re-issued but a copy thereof have been supp**** together with all the other required docs to finalize the claim. We are still awaiting constructive feedback since 1st December 2020.
