Bad client services

I recently cancelled my car insurance policy with Discovery Insure and received a reference number. However, the company still deducted the premium from my account. When I contacted their client services, I was simply provided with a new reference number and told that a service consultant would contact me. Unfortunately, this has not happened, and I am still without a resolution to my issue.

Discovery Insure has failed to attend to my issue, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up from their client services team.

Overall, I would not recommend Discovery Insure based on my experience with their client services. It's a shame that a company that purports to offer such comprehensive insurance solutions could fall so short in their customer service. I hope they take immediate steps to rectify this situation and provide better service to their customers in the future.
