BAD CLAIMS EXPERIENCE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE POLICY

Been waiting for almost 7 days to receive an Agreement of Loss on a ****** vehicle, the claims persons make promises and the excuse it that it has to be approved by management, but that also does not happen, More than 20 phone calls, more than dozen emails and get the feeling that we are being **** to. Very disappointed, and cannot recommend their product and services, no confidence any more.
