Bad Claim Service

Another claim declined due to *********** assessor. My LED TV was damaged by lightning. A Discovery assessor was sent out to look and assess. As he could not see any damage he declined it. Was expecting to see burn marks. LIGHTNING damage can cause unseen damaged as EVEN STATED by the assessor. BUT HE DECLINES IT. Where do Discovery get these assessors as my last vehicle claim was also a botch up
