Bad claim experience

Submitted a claim for accidental damage to my laptop. Discovery rejected my claim saying that the laptop was not specified on my insurance, my laptop never leaves my house. This is bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Specifying my laptop was never explained to me by any claims consultant or my Discovery Financial Adviser.

The claim was allocated to a claims consultant ad till today I was never contacted by the claims consultant. BAD SERVICE!!!!
