Bad Business Discovery Insure

Since the last time I posted a review about my complaint it has been 25 days and I still have not received any joy or answers from Discovery Insure. My Broker Vivesh and his assistant Salome can also not provide me with any answers - when I speak to Vivesh he makes promises and when his assistant calls me she has a lot of uhm's and ah's and she has no clue what she talking about. Since this morning they (Vivesh and Salome) decided to not answer any of my calls and ignore all my messages, not even to talk about Discovery Insure and al of their empty promises. So I have no other choice than to get in contact with the Onbidsman and report this issue.
