Bad attitude, Incompetence, ******** and Arrogant

I was **** to and judged before facts (extended warranty on my vehicle) were established about my claim. The incompetence, ignorance and sheer arrogance of the 3 staff members (FIKILE NKUTHA, NONTOMBI TSOMO and TRISHEN RAMLUCKAN) left me speechless. My vehicle has been at an auto repair body shop that is NOT approved by my OEM for 7 days and they kept passing the buck! After this experience, I would NOT give that 1 star at all they don't deserve it!!!!!!
