Bad Attitude

Around three weeks ago I put in a claim for an incident that took place while my wife and I were sleeping. This claim was handled with such professionalism that despite the losses incurred, I was clearly reminded why to date Discovery is my service provider of choice. I would like to specifically mention Porch Sitole and Beverly Pillay as they unequivocally represent all that Discovery present themselves to be. While still recovering from the first burglary, a second burglary occurred. Having faith that all would be be in order and believing a representative of similar standard would assist us, we started the claims process again. This time a cold-hearted, rude representative by the name of Kevin Richard du Plessis was assigned to our claim. He has no inter-personal skills. Contrary to all communication with the other representatives, I find myself needing to call HIM in order to find out whether he has received my emails. Maybe the standard set by Porch and Beverly are just to high? I have no doubt it the standards of Discovery, but I hope such an individual can get on board with the perceived standards of a company with which I otherwise proudly associate myself with.
