Bad after sales service

The day they sell the policy they call you, but after you signed and you need clarification or need to speak to a person, you have to use your own airtime while they keep you holding for ever. I have tried contacting the company for more than 7 calls, and still no luck. Hanging for ever or dropped calls. This is extremely frustrating and costly as they do not have a call back option like other insurers. My query is still not resolved.
