The worsted service I every received from Discovery for years now. Please relook into your Discovery Insure department. Erwin and Athea and K****tso is delaying with the recordings I requested form them. Athea email state that she will personally see that the recording are send to me. Then I had to requested the recordings again and then only does Erwin say he will burn the recording only today 26 August 2015.But now I must first sign a agreement that I will not hand it over to third party but on mail send to the on the 13 August 2015 I did told them I am I am going to do this. That is why I requested the recordings. <br> They just confirm by acting this way that they are hiding something from me. <br> Why must I sing a legal Disclaimer that I will accept the recordings as is if Discovery had 9 days to edit or do anything to the quality of the recordings?<br> I get promised a call back from them but still today I have not got the call. Then they send me screen shots of my plan guide but when I look at the plan guide I have that was send on the first day I started with them there is nothing of their screen shot.<br> But lets face it if you do not provide info then you hiding something<br>
