I was involved in a really bad accident yesterday.

I was contacted by Aziz McPherson from Discovery's emergency service center and was hugely impressed by the professionalism and speed with which my claim had been sorted out. Within an hour or two I had my claim handed to the Claims Department and had a courtesy car sorted out.
